Static EPUBs
Each go book EPUB now comes in two flavors:
• Interactive (as before): Replay moves and solve problems. • Static (new): More compatible with EPUB reading apps and devices.
Making the EPUBs interactive added more complexity that many EPUB reading apps could not handle. For those cases, the simpler versions should help. See gobooks.com/epub.html for more information.
You can now also enjoy EPUBs on your Kindle: use amazon.com/sendtokindle to transfer the EPUB to your Kindle. The processing can take a while, and unfortunately, it currently fails for the largest books (Invincible, Essential Go Proverbs).

2023 Books of the Year
To see the list of books in tabular form as a PDF, you can always find it here: https://gobooks.com/books.pdf. Six books were added in 2023, with three standouts: “Essential Go Proverbs” by John Power, “AlphaGo to Zero: Undefeated” by Michael Redmond and Chris Garlock, and “Trouble Master” by Inseong Hwang.
